Ingredients:
1 lb Chicken Thighs
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Half Medium Onion
4 Boiled Eggs
2 Bags Lomein Noodle
1 Green Onion
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
Ketchup (To Taste)
4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Hot Sauce (To Taste)
1 Tsp Kosher Salt
2 Tsp Discovered Flavor Chicken Seasoning (Available Soon)
Directions:
1. Trim Your Chicken Thighs of excess fat and cut into even strips
2. Julianne your Peppers and Onions.
3. Add Olive Oil to the pan and add your Chicken Thighs.
4. Season the chicken with Kosher Salt and Discovered Flavor Chicken Seasoning
5. Once the chicken begins to brown add your Green Peppers, Onions, and Minced Garlic.
6. Boil 4 Eggs to the desired doneness, I hard-boiled mine in this recipe.
7. Boil your Lomein and cook until al dente, this should take about 6 to 10 minutes
8. Cook until the chicken's internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
9. Plate immediately
