INGREDIENTS:
4 chicken thighs
1/2 cup olive oil (use exactly 1/2 cup or sauce will get greasy)
1 whole bunch of garlic
1 tsp rosemary Spice Blend
Celery
1 Large Onion
2 Green/ Red Peppers
Broccoli
Sweet Peppers
Asparagus
Mushroom
Directions:
1. Wash and Prepare veggies

3. Season veggies
4. Bake on 350 until tender
5. Cube chicken thighs and season
6. add rosemary and flour and baked in a separate dish on 350 for 20 minutes
